We’ve got 60 minutes to dive into what’s holding you back—whether it’s urinary leaks during workouts, persistent back or hip pain, or difficulty activating your core.
Nothing is off-limits, from painful sex to trouble with tampons.
We’ll listen + provide expert solutions just for you.

We’ll assess your movements + identify areas needing attention, like pelvic floor strength, core activation, or breathing coordination.
Using guided exercises, we’ll target the root of your discomfort and ensure you feel confident performing them efficiently before you leave.
If it’s right for you, we may include massage, cupping, and/or dry needling into your session.

You don’t need to remember every detail. After each session, we’ll send a custom plan with videos, clear instructions, and specific reps to your inbox.
You’ll have everything you need to practice at home and keep making progress without second-guessing.

We Listen:
We’ll ask you to tell us all about your aches, pains, + concerns. Nothing is TMI. We’ve heard (and probably experienced) it all! We want to know all about you so we can focus on the source of your discomfort and go from there.
We Move:
We’ll assess your movements and teach you specific exercises + techniques to target the root of your discomfort. We’ll make sure to coordinate your breathing for efficient movement and make sure you get it right before you go.

Every body is different. Without an evaluation, it’s hard to say when you should see a change in your symptoms.
However, we will say that our clients who follow our customized plans typically see a change in symptoms in 1 to 3 visits.

Maybe! Essentials Pelvic Floor PT is an Out-of-Network provider.
New Jersey Residents:
You may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance provider if you have out-of-network benefits. You can also use HSA/FSA funds for your visits. I suggest calling your insurance company and confirming your benefits.
Non-New Jersey Residents:
Essentials Pelvic Floor PT cannot take your insurance benefits for these visits. If this is a barrier please reach out using the contact form and let's talk about your options.

We get it. During the deep-dive of our sessions, we want you to tell us exactly that. We’ll help you identify where + when you can get your exercises in to resolve your pelvic floor issues.
Long commute? → Do your breathing exercises in the car
Sitting all day? → We’ll focus on seated exercises
Older kids in sports? → We’ll show you what to do while they’re practicing
We ask that all of our clients are ready to make the commitment to work with us before we begin. If you’re willing to put in the work to feel more like yourself, we’ll find a way for you to get it done.

Our providers are specially trained to perform internal pelvic floor muscle exams to gather information + provide treatment as needed.
This type of exam is not mandatory.
Your provider will discuss your specific concerns + goals then move forward with the tests + exams that are appropriate for you.
