MEET DR. ALEXANDRA ZENO, DPT

Hi, I’m Ali!

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Pelvic Health Coach, wife, mom, + dog mom!

I am no stranger to difficulties during and after birth. During my pregnancy, I struggled with pelvic pain that made it hard to walk and even get out of my car!

After my emergency c-section I felt like a shell of myself. I struggled with a slew of physical issues: back pain, hip pain, constipation, + prolapse to name a few.

I worked hard to complete my healing and I knew I never wanted another woman to struggle like I did.

I made it my mission to help active women feel like themselves again!

I’m not your average Physical Therapist! I began my career practicing orthopedics focusing on low-back + hip pain. Over the past 7 years, I’ve specialized in pregnancy + pelvic floor conditions, first helping pregnant women and eventually treating all women with pelvic floor issues.

From healing pelvic floor dysfunction to resolving pain + restoring strength, I’ve empowered women to overcome their challenges and feel confident, strong, and like themselves again.

    • Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2016

    • Advanced pelvic health training through the Herman and Wallace Institute

    • Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist

    • Certified in Myofascial Trigger Point Dry Needling

    • Currently working on becoming a Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach

I enjoy the little things…

MEET DR. CASEY BAILEY, DPT

Hey! I am Casey Bailey, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist and Certified Yoga Teacher.

I have been practicing as a physical therapist for 10 years. With all this knowledge under my belt, I have felt called to help other women feel their best.

I have extensive training in treating pelvic floor conditions and am in the process of becoming a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.

My other passion lies in combining the spiritual aspect of healing along with the physical. While our Essentials PT sessions will be focused on your physical healing, if you’d also like to discuss healing in mental and emotional capacities, I’d love to have that conversation with you.

I love to exercise and get into deep conversations. But my greatest joy is being with my husband and 2 beautiful children.

I can’t wait to see you in the Mt. Laurel office!

Working with Casey

Dr. Rachel Conti, doctor of physical therapy, stands outdoors, smiling with long straight hair, wearing a black top, with lush greenery and trees in the background.

MEET DR. RACHEL CONTI DPT, PT

Hey! I’m Rachel, Doctor of Physical Therapy, personal trainer, and studying functional medicine provider. I am a wife + mom to 2 beautiful kids.

I have firsthand experience with the difficulties of pregnancy + postpartum recovery. I struggled with unrelenting pain at the end of my first pregnancy. But I was fortunate to have an uncomplicated delivery. Inspired by these challenges, I became passionate about encouraging physical therapy to prepare for the marathon that is delivery and enable the body to properly rest and recover postnatally.

My second delivery brought a new set of issues when I had an unexpected c-section at 37 weeks. C-section recovery is no joke! It fueled my desire to help other moms through these difficult recoveries.

I bring my knowledge of rehabilitation, personal training, + functional medicine full circle to help you heal and recover!

Of course as a busy mom of 3 kids, I do more than work and study. I enjoy spending time with my family, playing soccer, and furthering my postpartum recovery through strength training.

I currently see clients virtually and offer early morning and evening hours that fit well with a working mom’s schedule!

Working with Rachel

“I see Rachel virtually and since she is so passionate about her work and can explain things so well I have had no problem understanding what I need to do.

Rachel is so nice and is interested in my well-being and has helped me in so many different ways. I appreciate her so much and would (and have) recommend her to everyone!”
